I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please remove AVG traces completely as per the steps mentioned in this article ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product ).
Then install AVG Ultimate using the steps mentioned in this article ( https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=Download-and-install-AVG-Ultimate ).

I uninstalled an older version of AVG because it quit working…went online and purchased a better version and now I can't install it because it says there is a conflict with a product installed on my computer. Help.
