Trying to install avg after purchasing renewal of contract

Hello Stuart.
It seems you still are using an older version of AVG. Please try to uninstall AVG as described in this article ( http://avgclick.me/UninstallAVGAV ) and then re install ( http://avgread.me/1DXPL5z ) the latest version. Thank you.

Please be informed that if you renew your AVG product only the validity of the product will extend and you no need to install it again in your pc. Upon carefully reviewing your account, we see that you have renewed AVG Internet Security in your account. Tried installing AVG but has fallen over with message Error code: 0xC0070643

Hi Avinash,
I have opened the avg interface screen from the icon on bottom right of screen and then clicked on the support tab at the top right. It allows you to reactivate your account so I copied in the new lecnece number. This seems to have cured the message I was getting that the licence will run out but in the top left corner of the interface page it says AVG 2012 and at the moment I am still showing that the identity protection is not working and it will not fix. If I go back to the support tab and check the licence it shows the new one and the expiry date as 2017 which is correct. If I look at the product information it says 2015 but if I look at the program tab it says avg internet security 2012?

Hi, I have uninstalled from my control panel and reinstalled tried to install AVG but that failed. I then downloaded your removal tool and ran that followed by a restart. The I reinstalled again only for the install to fail again. I now have no protection on my computer!!! failure says Error code: 0xC0070643 again. Now what do I do having spent several hours on this and no longer have any protection?
