Hello Michael,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
May I know the name of operating system that is installed on your PC?

Hi, installation was almost complete and then error code 0xE006001C appeared saying it failed and to ask customer support. Internet was fine. Last year we'd experienced a similar problem trying to install Zen, which seems incompatible with my laptop. So the solution then was to have a new version of Tune-up instead which worked fine. Now I've just renewed and hit the above problem.Help please, thanks.
