Trying to install Ultimate

Hello Phil,
I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue. If you have installed AVG Free Antivirus, then please open it > My AVG > My Subscription > click on remove license/logout button > wait for 2 minutes > login to an existing network. You can also open AVG PC TuneUp > Click Go to Zen tab > AVG console will be open > select your email address > leave this network > wait for 2 minutes > login to an existing network. Your AVG Internet Security/AVG PC TuneUp program will be activated automatically.

I purchased AVG Ultimate from a retail location.i tried to download and I am only getting the basic free version. I uninstalled the previous free version but still does not install Ultimate. I have been out of town and my subscription did lapse. how do I get Ultimate that I purchased to download? Getting very frustrated with this product and company.
