I am trying to "reactivate" my new license number, but the screen I get up does not show the required boxes.
I have tried the support topics without any luck, I have also spent 45 minutes waiting for someone to answer me on the telephone support line, without any answer except being told "that my call is important, and an agent will be with me in less than 3 minutes!!!
