Trying to reactivate new license but not working

Seem to be having issues re activating my new license
 
When I click “reactivate” as per instructions in this email, nothing changes - all the screen is red circles not green - says there are no active components.  Have also done a restart, but screen is still the same.
 
So have just tried to uninstall AVG 2015 previous versions but get the following message..
 
Service “AVG firewall” (avgfws) could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services.
Severity Error
Error Code 0XC0070643
Error message general internal error.
Additional message - the removal of the product failed @AVGMSI-error 1921
Service “AVG Firewall” (avgfws) could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services (0xC0070781)
Context : Uninstallation of AVG, MSI action failed
 
Am hoping the above means something to you guys as well over my head 😊
