Trying to reload AVG Free and get an error code message

I had trouble with my laptop recently when my user profile corrupted. I had it repaired but the repairer didn't realise I was using AVG free so didn't reinstall AVG for me as it was asking for a product key. I uninstalled AVG using the online AVG uninstall tool from the AVG website. Now when I try to reinstall AVG Free I get the following error message. Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it? I don't want to have to pay for the repairer to fix it for additional charges if I can fix it myself. I have already reloaded Windows 10 myself.
