Trying to "Save As" in MS Office 2019

Hello John.
We'll certainly look into this. It could be possible that ransom ware protection feature in AVG is blocking the changes. Open AVG Internet Security, click 'Hackers attack' tile, click open on Ransom ware protection. Click 'protected folders' and remove the entries. Then click 'Blocked apps' and remove if an MS Office application is added to this list.

All: Having trouble using the "Save As" function in MS Excel 19 and Word 19. Application seems to lock up and I have to close and restart, losing all changes. Think it is an interaction with AVG, but not sure. Anybody heard of this issue with Windows 10 and AVG Full Protection?
