It's saying "retrieving user information," but it never progresses.

This thing won't let me do alt-print screen, shift insert.  It wants me to copy a file saved on my computer, the image of the error message is not saved on my computer.

I used to have AVG Family Security on my Windows computer.  I suppose the subscription lapsed, but I cannot uninstall it, it keeps telling me my credentials are invalid.  It is hanging up and preventing my computer from updating to the new Windows.
