Trying to update my card payment - Sorry there's a glitch in the Matrix

Dear AVG
I have contacted the team via the link you provided in the previous response (dated December 14) and they cannot update my payment card unless I let them update my support package.
They quoted me £136.99 for AVG Ultimate for two years - I thought I had seen Ultimate cheaper than this so I said all I wanted to do was update my payment card and then I would decide which package I wanted to subscribe to. They gave me a number to call. 
All I want to do is update my payment card.

I am trying to update my card payment as I want to continue with my AVG subscription.

When I try to update card I get a message ' Sorry, there's a glitch in the Matrix'.  I have tried a number of time and I have also tried to contact customer support.

Is there any other way to update my payment details.
