Trying to update my laptop to windowa 10 and recieve a message at the end that ui failed to download

Initially, could you let us know how you narrowed it down that AVG causing this issue?
Also, please share us the screenshot of the "UI failed to load" message you're referring to.

I have rcently trid to upgrade my laptop to windows 10 and hopefully to windows 11 when after trying to download i recieved the message UI Failed to load i have tried to resolve without success. i believe through reading some messages that this is due to a AVG problem and I am finding it difficult to resolve as i am not the most savvy individual when it comes to computers. I am about to renew my AVG subscription but i am hesitant due to thiss would appreciate your assistance to resolve as i am using my laptop for family tree research and afraid i may lose everything
