Sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, I don't find active AVG products under your email address. Hence please confirm if you are using AVG PC TuneUp trial version in your PC. If so, please repair it as per the steps mentioned in this article ( https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=How-to-repair-AVG ) and keep us informed about the status.

AVG UI just shows spinning ring (looks like it is trying to do some work, but appears to be looping. Some of my sleeping tasks are broken and I cannot get them back awake because the UI is busted).
