Trying to watch ITV & it keeps saying "update browser settings"

I believe you've enabled VPN service on your PC to access ITV.

I suggest you to try with different browsers and check if you receive the same message.

Also, you can try updating the browser and monitor if it shows the same.

Hi folks

My PC has been running painfully slowly for the last few days and now, when I try to watch ITV on my laptop, I keep getting a window saying "Oooops. Looks like you need to update your browser settings".
I've tried all the suggestions leading from that to no avail.
Any ideas please?
