I understand the inconvenience.
I see the license for AVG Internet Security (1 computer) purchased on your account.
You can activate it from the free version of AVG Antivirus that is installed on your PC.
Open AVG Antivirus free dashboard and click on "Menu–>About–>Subscriptions"
If your email address is displayed in it then click on "Log out" and then you will get option to "Enter license"
Click on it and enter the license number to activate your paid subscription.

I cannot download my Internet security package onto my new computer. Bought in March 2016 for 2 years. Trying to download onto new computer just get message No Compatible or error message. Have had to download free version but it's limited.
Any ideas
