From your description, it seems that the maintenance scan results shows the same amount of system junk in the subsequent scans.
If that is the case, would you be so kind to share us the screenshots of the subsequent scan results for better clarity?
Run maintenance and then on completion (without exiting Tune-Up) run again. It still shows system junk, over and over again.

Upon checking it, it seems to be usual as the system junk (22.1kb) may be due to windows files & dependant services running in background for the operating system. Would you be so kind to check & let us know if the same amount (22.1kb) is detected?

Terence, the system files will not be cleared during this process as they are necessary for the operating system to function.
Apart from operating system files, others will be cleared during the process.
