Yes, if you have SSD then you can disable the disk defrag feature from AVG PC TuneUp.
To disable this feature, open AVG PC TuneUp, click on "Settings->! Click Maintainence", uncheck the option "Disk Defrag".
Similarly, from settings select "Automatic Maintenance and uncheck the option "Disk Defrag".

I notice that TUDefragBackend64.exe is doing a lot of IO on my SSD. I would prefer that my SSD is not defragmented, because doing read/write cycles on an SSD can reduce its life by wearing out the flash. Defragmenting an SSD is generaly not beneficial for performance and can reduce its life.
Is there an option to NOT defrag SSD drives?
