Tune UP - 2 accounts - program thinks imon a trial?

Hi some one give me some advice? Was getting multiple pop ups ages ago that I either ignored or clicked to update AVG Tune up. Anyway having been off teh laptop for a while and found it very slow have come back on to use tune up and found that it says my trail has expires and to buy the product. Thing is when i go into my AVG account it apperars i actually have 2 licences for AVG tune up one with a licence validity of 24  ending 2018-11-30 and another for 12 ending 2018-12–3?
so why cant I get tune up to run as a full product? …and kind of more important (though my fault) why doesnt system recognise an existing licence? how have I been charged for 2 licences?
