The latest update installed a free trial of Tune Up 2014 - this installed a bunch of malware on my PC that redirects the web browser to other websites. It seems well documented on the internet that this is the cause. I tried to uninstall Tune Up and even as an administrator it repeatedly failed to uninstall - eventually I had to delete the folder, run task managed, stop the process using the folder, delete the remains. Manually delete all the shortcuts, tool bar and start menu items. Finally I had to uninstall and re-install Chrome and Internet Explorer, update to the latest windows security patch and run a full scan.
As you can image that took a while and I was really annoyed - I'd like to know what you are doing about this and how a previously credible anti virus company can be associated with such an obvious malware issue in their downloads.
P.S. I've posted this on you forum as the email button on your support website doesn't work.
