I have a subscption on AVG Ultimate and on Tune Up . Tune up does not install. When I activate I get the message that install has failed.
Today I bought and payed Secure VPN .I did not get any feed back on that subscription.
I tried to Phone you on the UK number+44 11636 688542 -as mentioned in your instructions- but that number does not work

Usually orders placed through online banking might take some time. Once the order is processed, you'll receive the order confirmation email.
Regarding AVG TuneUp, please let me know if you're trying to 'Activate & Install' from AVG Internet Security subscription section.
For better clarity, share us the screenshot of the message that you receive while activating TuneUp.
