I see that you keep telling people that they need a remote session to fix the problem with AVG Tune Up.

We have been having the same problem with Tune Up. We have gone through the remote session and they don't fix the problem, they just tell us they will get back to us... They don't.

Is there a fix or are you just trying to leave people with that impression? We have two computers down and two businesses unable to function because of this.
