Tune up doesnt load after installation

It doesn't scan your computer for viruses and will not protect your computer. Could you please confirm once if you want the AVG TuneUp Unlimited or the AVG Internet Security Unlimited.

Also, could you tell us what exactly happens when you try to open the AVG PC TuneUp? If possible, please attach us the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the AVG Interface.

I've purchased Tune up Unlimited hoping that it would be easy to scan and protect my computer. unfortunately i have realized that my purchase didn't worth the money.I installed the program and it didn't work. So i came to the control panel repaired the program and then i restarted the computer. I installed again and that  didn't work as well. It is frustrating… what should i do?

when i click on  pc tune up it doesnt load it or it loads the environment (like the one click maintainance of previous versions) but the windows freezees on trying to load the pc tune up …so i dont know waht to do

Thank you for providing us the screenshots, we understand that we need to install a couple of Microsoft Support files and then check the issue once. Here are the link to the files :

Please download and install them and then check the issue.
