Tune up fails integrator exe

Robert, Don't know if this would apply. Have you tried BETA?.. Have a look @ this link (https://support.avg.com/answers?id=906b0000000D58WAAS).

when i attempt to run avg tune up a message appears:  integrator. exe.  i sent a message to avg.  what is this and how can i get tune up back and running?
