Please confirm if AVG PC TuneUp or AVG TuneUp is installed on your PC.
Also, share us the screenshot of the expiry message to check further.

A friend gift me a AVG Tune up 2 year key to me and I log it in and it work but there still some limit on some of the app like if one of my software is out of date, when I click on it, it would lead me to a the site saying My trial expire and need buy new key.
I check my Subscription and it said " Subscription status: Not Available".
I am not sure what to do.

You have installed the old version of AVG TuneUp, I request you to uninstall it from control panel and I have sent an email with the steps to install and activate the new version of AVG TuneUp.
