Tune Up install fails "can't get icarus files"

Hi, I am trying to install the AVG Tune Up app and when I try to install, it crashes with the message "can't get icarus files" Error code 44002

any thoughts?

We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please disable AVG Firewall once & check if it allows you to install AVG TuneUp. (Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - Settings - Basic protection  - Enhanced firewall - click on toggle bar beside it to disable it temporarily).
