Tune up installation is taking too long

the installation window just sits there for hours saying "installing avg tune up".
The bar isn't moving and it's been 4 hours.

Did you try installing AVG TuneUp from the option available within AVG program interface?
If yes, please restart your PC and delete "AVG TuneUp" folders from C:\ Program Files, Program Files x86 and Program Data.
Proceed to install AVG TuneUp as mentioned in this article.
