I understand your concern. I see from your record that you have active subscription of AVG TuneUp unlimited. This product does not require a license number and will get activated using your AVG MyAccount credentials. If you keep getting the prompt to enter license number, then you are trying to install wrong version of AVG PC TuneUp. I will email you a link to get connected to the AVG remote support, please follow the same and the remote team will install the product for you.

I just bought AVG Tuneup on running the install it prompts me for a licence number. I don't have one. It offered me a method of getting it to my email. It sent me an email with only my AVG security licence and instructions on how to install tune up. When I follow them I come back to the request for a licence I don't have etc etc. What am I missing here?
