You keep advising me that my Tune up package has expired and that my laptop is in need of Tuneup!
I purchased a new licence with you 27th Feb 2015!! This clearly indicates that you have not provided the automatic Tuneups since then!!! I am not happy, particularly because you keep asking me to buy a new package!    The AVG order ref. is (Order Number Removed).

I need your urgent attention and some compensation!
