We sent an email notification 10 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.

Yesterday I received a bill for a tune up membership that I didnt do. The bill says DRI AVG TECHNOLOGIES $ 49.99. I did not make that membership at any time and I want my money back.
