Tune-up not finding my USB drives for scanning

Hello William, 

We would like to inform you that AVG TuneUp doesn't scan external disks in Disk Doctor anymore because there were a lot of problems with them, such as the device disconnects during the fix and then it went all the way, so we decided to completely eliminate it because the problems could not be solved on our part (by, that it is Windows functionality).Hope you understand this. If you have any clarification, please do let us know. Thank you.

I have the multi-products and just renewed … My primary laptop has a C drive of course that Tune-up sees but it doesn't seem to see my always with me USB drive that is larger … it won't offer to scan it.  If I have to use another tool to do this, then I am loosing a lot of value in my AVG purchase.  thoughts?
