Do you have paid AVG TuneUp subscription under any other e-mail address?

I have just paid for a years subscription but Tune Up isn't recognising subscription and is asking me to pay! HELP please

I thought the Tune Up was included in the £59.99 price?
yes I installed the paid product on both devices from Google Play Store. I've tried submitting the activation code but it won't accept it

They'd be glad to let you know about the latest offers and discount available too.

Karen, I'd like to confirm that your subscription does not include AVG TuneUp. And it is strongly recommended not to provide the activation code on this public forum.
It could be possible that you saw a campaign for AVG Ultimate Multi-device which includes AVG TuneUp as well along with AVG Internet Security.
AVG Internet Security Multi-device is a standalone product which includes:
- AVG Internet Security for windows PC
- AVG AntiVirus PRO for Android
- AVG Internet Security for Mac.

We offered refund for the recent order because it looks like you bought a wrong product.
