Tune Up not responding

Please let us know whether AVG Internet Security's subscription section shows that AVG TuneUp is installed & from where you're attemping to re-install.
Also, check & let us know if there are any desktop icon for AVG TuneUp is listed on your computer. If listed, let us know whether it is AVG PC TuneUp or AVG TuneUp.

Tune up has stopped running but shows installed. 
Won't install when prompted to re install.
I have 170 days left of my subscription.
Help please!
