Tune up on an additional computer

Desktop running Windows Vista Business SP2.
AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core processor 3600+ 1.9gHz.
4gB RAM. 64 bit Operating system.
NVIDIA Geoforce 6100 nForce 405.

No other tune up program installed.

May I know in which device did you try to install AVG TuneUp?
Is there any other conflicting TuneUp program installed on that device?

Tune up worked brilliantly on 2 of my computers. On the third, the setup would not install and I got the message:
"The procedure entry point K32GetMappedFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.DLL."

Any help please? Thank you.

We're afraid as AVG TuneUp is compatible with : 
Windows 10 except Mobile and IoT Core Edition (32 or 64-bit); Windows 8/8.1 except RT and Starter Edition (32 or 64-bit); Windows 7 SP1 or later, any Edition (32 or 64-bit).
It can't be used on Windows Vista. You may need to upgrade to operating system, in order to install AVG TuneUp.
