I just paid for AVG full protection, and in addition, paid for password protection and tune-up performance as two separate ad-ons. 

Subsequently, when I tried to 'scan computer' and reached the stage to 'tune-up' pc, I received a message saying that I had to buy the service and the cost was $49.99 for the year.

However, I previously paid for the tune-up performance ad-on when signing up. What should I do?
