I purchased the Tune up program for my PC back in October, and I was sure I registered it and activated it like I'm supposed to. Today I was interested in buying the full virus protection but when I went to sign in to put it on my computer but my account didn't exist. So I made a new one with the email I was sure I would have used when I purchased the Tune Up program and when I went to check my subscriptions nothing showed up.
I went to my tune up program and saw that the activate now button was still active....but I have proof on my credit card statement that I've purchased this product. But I have no idea what the product key is, and since it's not showing up on my subscription list I'm worried that I've spent the past 2 months thinking I had a program on my computer that I didn't.
