Tune up putting program to sleep when told to ignore

Hello Daniel,

I understand the situation. Please refer this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-revert-changes-done-by-PC-TuneUp to revert back the changes made by AVG PC TuneUp. Please ignore all the programs in "Disable  background programs" and restart your computer to check.

avg pc tuneup has been putting my cloud backup service, Carbonite, to sleep. I have Carbonite in the ignore category. it appears tuneup isn't paying attention to that and puts it to sleep anyway.
