Tune Up renewal is unwanted

I have been sent an (order number removed)

Apparently this is for TuneUp which I did not order nor do I want it.

I would like an email address, as the avg.cs at digitalriver bounces back

My concern is that this is spam - how do they have my bank details?
Thank you for the confirmation.
We have initiated the refund for this GBP44.99 charge and an email has been sent explaining its status.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
The auto renewal service was also cancelled for the 60 day trial of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices and AVG Ultimate.
Hence, you will not be auto charged for them.

Yes please, cancel both. In the future, if I have more money, I may buy this software. At the moment, I cannot afford to. Best wishes and thank you

Hello Giuseppe,

We will help you with this and request you not to share the order number or any sensitive data on a public forum.
There is no specific email address to contact us and if you reply to an automated email that you received from Digital River and AVG, then it would obviously bounce back.
You have been charged GBP44.99 for the AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices (1 Year) on 2nd August 2019.
Since auto renewal service is enabled for its 60 day trial that you signed up on 5th April 2019, this charge was debited automatically.
During the signup, it request you to enter the card details and that is the reason you have been charged, but we did send an email notification prior to let you know about this process.
If the user is not happy with the trial, they can cancel the auto renewal service before the charge gets debited.
Do you wish to get refund for this charge?
You also have a AVG Ultimate (60 day) trial order which has auto renewal service enabled. Do you wish to cancel it too?
