Please let us know what happens exactly whle sending emails. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
Meanwhile, please disable AVG Internet Security temporarily to check if it is causing the issue.
Alternately, you can also disconnect Secure VPN & attempt to send emails to check if it allows.

I purchased the 3 products listed above. Now my system freezes and I cannot download & forward Outlook emails? Can anyone help with a customer service phone number? This is tantamount to looking for big-foot?
