Tune Up Software running concurrently

I have just discovered that I have been billed for software on my PC and a multi-user pacakage, concurrently.  Don't understand how this might have happened.  I am perpetually asked to 'upgrade' other packages, and can only imagine this was done in error.

I would have hoped AVG would have the integrity to check this duplication, and understand that this is not a great way to build customer trust.

Can you check please?  I have now cancelled multi-user - from this summer.
Is a refund at all an option, given that you should be able to see the duplication.

PS it would be good to see a contact email address so I could have done this privately.
