Are you referring to the maintenance scan which is stuck at 31%? How long has it been stuck?

Are you able to open AVG TuneUp from system tray if not from desktop icon?
I have reinstalled my tune up and it has done a maintenance scan.
After that nothing else works.
Now I have closed it down I cannot launch the dashbord from the program or the desk top icon.
My avg dashboard still says it is 31% tuned up.
So at this point in time it has told me there are many issues to sort but won't let me perform any further actions.
My Tune up is stuck at 31% and it won't launch from the desk top icon either.
what do I need to do to "kick start it" into life?
It opens from the list of apps but the dashboard comes up showing 31% tuned up. When I click on it to try and complete tuning up nothing happens.

Thank you for clarifying, Chris.
The % increases when you apply as many recommendations suggested by AVG TuneUp on your PC.
It does not mean you require all the recommendations, and when you ignore some of them, the % indicator goes down. It does not actually means that your PC performance is low because it shows only 31% tuned up.
Click on each tile on AVG TuneUp dashboard and perform the maintenance tasks.
Regarding the AVG TuneUp desktop icon, please reboot your PC once and verify if you can launch AVG TuneUp.
