I will update my last message which I posted earlier this year.  I renewed my tune up subscription but it did not work even after taking advice via "experts" on the forum.  After eventually contacting AVG by telephone, I was asked to pay to have this fixed…the sum just under £100.  I refused to pay so now they have my subscription money, I have no service and to add insult to injury i constantly get messages flashing up telling my my subscription has expired.
I also have AVG security which is working but which annoyingly blocks me from going on to "booking.com" site (revoked certificate).  I see others have this problem. After being with this company for a few years, I will certainly be leaving AVG when my security expires. Too many problems.

My AVG PC Tuneup was removed in error, my subscription does not expire until 2018 please help

Please do not worry, you can install the AVG PC TuneUp program you have purchased from your AVG MyAccount http://myaccount.avg.com or you can download and install this product from this link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_PCTuneUp_765.exe and activate the product using the license number you have.
