I received a notice on 11/3/20 that my tune up subscription was accidentally downgraded to the free version and now I'll get 2 free months:
We’ll add the free 2 months to your subscription in the next few days so just sit back and enjoy your product. Your new AVG Tuneup Unlimited expiry date will be 1/11/2021.
So why are you trying to renew my subscription that was originally due 11/12/2020?
