Tune Up subscription taken away

We would like to check the code and assist further on this matter.
We have sent an email for you to provide the code that you use for AVG TuneUp.

I had a 2 year subscription for Tune Up, I used the code I received rather than create an account.
It was all going well for a couple of weeks.

Half an hour ago Tune Up said it was 'activating features' then asked me to restart my PC.

After a restart Tune Up says I have no subscription and the features are locked. 
Wow…

I take it AVG didn't want people to have this so they took it away.
I'm not happy about this. Can anything be done?
