Help please. I signed up to a 60 day trial for TuneUp but wasn't able to activate it. Just got an email saying my trial period was ending and that I would be billed $59 for the next period on April 15 and that I had the option to cancel the subscription on My Account. When I go to My Account I don't have any active subscriptions so can't cancel. All I want is to cancel the upcoming billing. What can I do? Thanks
