Alok thank you for your reply, there is NO connect button on wifes ZEN but correct email address is showing.

Hello John,
I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue. Please go to your Wife's computer, open AVG Zen (AVG dashboard), click on connect button on the top right corner of the AVG windows (Please let us know if you see connected or your email address instead) , click enter invitation code button , enter the code you have received and click activate.

I have used TuneUp for a few years. At a recent renewal I decided to upgrade to TuneUp Ultimate so I could use it on multiple devices.On the main computer it installed and runs OK. When I try to add it to my wifes computer, it sends the email ok, following the email instructions it seems to install ok, but it doesn't ask for the invitation code. On running the installed program it turns out to be a TRIAL VERSION which runs out in 26 days!! 
     I have attempted to put this right by clearing all AVG from the computer using the AVG remove tool. Sent a new invitation email from the main computer and tried again. SAME RESULT.
I hope someone here can help me fix this.

Please be informed that you must use the email address under which AVG product is registered to install on all the devices. I see that your AVG product is registered under the email address you used to contact us here which is also different from your wife's email address. Please follow the steps below to logout of AVG Zen and login with correct email address to activate the Pro version.

1. Please open AVG dashboard and click on your email address at top right corner.
2. Then select Leave this network option and confirm it by clicking on Leave button.
3. Click Connect at the top-right of the screen, then click Log into an existing account.
4. Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG My Account during the purchase, then click Log In.

Avinash, on my wifes computer (the one i'm trying to send to) on the ZEN screen top right is
a shopping trolly icon, an icon for Network options, my wifes registered email address (hezg@(westnet.com.au), settings & support menu, then normal - x        THATS ALL.

Do you see your registered email address on AVG Zen interface but still receiving trial notifications?

Also, please be informed that your AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription) is going to expire on 15th Oct 2017 and it is set to auto renewa. So you may see renewal notifications until the new subscription is activated.
