Have paid for 2 years subs I am longstanding customer of AVG. Contacted phone help. Provided with a lot of gobble-de -  goo  They have sent help e-mails-- none of which work. The  advice directs me to Apple store and I just cannot connect. Spent over 2 hours trying to get resolved. Not very computer literate as I am 85 years. Probably should never have been involved with AVG in first place. Pretty disgruntled.
