We have received an update from the concerned team saying that the license will be renewed from today (01/08/2021) and it will be extended till 2030.
Also be informed that the server for these old license will be down in Q2 of this year.
After the shut down of the server, your subscription will be active but you will not be able to transfer, reinstall or reactive it again.
You can also and we would suggest you to opt for the new AVG TuneUp for which offer will be given.

My Tune In 2014 product has stopped working due to expiry of the product key.
There was no end date to the licence i.e. this was not a subscription purchase.
Please clarify how to restore the functionality of the product

I am happy to report back, that our development team was able to perform a substantial backend fix to the recent experienced AVG Tuneup 2014 license disruption.
The following AVG article, https://is.gd/CYz7On, provides troubleshoot instruction to resolve the expired product key disruption, including uninstallation and reinstallation of a revised version of AVG Tuneup 2014.
