Tune Up utilities Product Key Suddenly Expired after 7 years!

I spoke to customer service with the same issue.  They noted 83k customers with the same concern and are updating the program to be active (key) until 2030.

Yeah AVG will not help with this issue. They want you to buy the new crappier product so they deactivated the old software keys.

Don't bother with this company now. Total fraudsters!

They will NOT reactivate the old keys under any circumstances. Thats what they told me.

Hi All,
I have just booted up my PC and TuneUp Utilities wont start due to my expired product key but it was a lifetime purchase back in 2014.
So I am a little bit confused why I need to purchase a new product key.
any help would be appreciated

I have the same problem, starting January 1, 2021.

There was no problem using TuneUp Utilities 2014 a few days a ago.

I don't have Facebook account. Can you please tell me how to solve this problem?
Bought my lifetime license in August 2013, and I have bought earlier versions of the software too. My earlier registration had another e-mail adress (not working any more), so I had to register with a new one today.

I can provide Serial-nr and other information to you, if needed.

So it's been 12 days since I called.  No follow up or resolution.  All about selling a new program yearly vs. ensuring older customer's products purchased outright work properly?  Not OK.
