Hi Robert,
We will fix it for you. Could you share the screenshot of error that appeared for AVG TuneUp installation?
You can post the screenshot by clicking on 'Image' symbol from 'Answer' field.
Thank you.
Help please
It wasn't wrong, Robert.
If you get error when performing installation from option available within program interface, we can proceed to try installation using setup file.
Please restart your laptop and delete AVG TuneUp folders from C:\ Program Files, Program files x86 and Program Data.
Once it is done, refer the below articles to install and activate AVG TuneUp program on windows.

Hi there,
Thanks for coming back to me.
No error message on screen, just laptop downloading, then nothing, if that 'helps'.
Left it until now but nothing showing.
Robert
On both my laptop and my partners we installed your free AVG previuosly. Concious we are still using Windows 7 but we have no conflicting security relying just on Avg but felt we should upgrade, hence what I have been doing.
On my partners I did it first via 'My Subscription', installed ok, both 'Internet Security' and 'Tune Up'.
Did the same on mine, 'Internet Security' appears ok but as I said previously 'Tune Up' on mine did not.
Should I uninstall all AVG on mine then log in and do the procedure again? First 'Internet Security' then 'Tune Up'
Thanks so far.
Robert
Robert, did you start the installation of AVG TuneUp from AVG program "My Subscriptions" window?
