Hello Camper,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
It seems that the AVG program is stuck at particular file, we suggest you to stop the maintenance scan and restart the computer and then start the scan again and see if that completes it without any issue.

My TuneUp 1-click Maintenance gets stuck at "Clean up windows and programs" and does not move forward. I even left it working overnight with no success. My computer is experiencing stability issues so I suspect something is bothering it, but I cannot find out what. Any Ideas?
