To download, install and activate your AVG Performance please follow the instructions mentioned in the following link http://bit.ly/1If7pzz . If you have installed any previous version of AVG PC TuneUp, please uninstall the previous version and go ahead with the installation of AVG Performance. Thank you.

Hi folks,
as the heading says. I recently had to perform a total system re-install, and when I tried to recover the license number via AVG the system tells me that it does not recognize my email address. A fact that I find curious as I did log in and retrieved the order from last November. I already sent a request but have received neither the number nor a confirmation that the request went through.
What can I do now?
